RESERVATIONS: A $200 deposit is required within 10 days of making the reservation.  Full payment is required 30 days prior to occupancy during Low Season and 60 days prior to occupancy during High Season. No refunds will be made if your actual stay is less than the reserved period.  You must stay 28 days or more to receive the monthly rate.  We accept personal checks (preferred), VISA, or MasterCard. OCCUPANCY: A maximum of four persons is allowed for this unit.  This is a Non-Smoking residence and there are no pets allowed.            CHECK-IN time is 2:00 P.M.             CHECK-OUT time is 11:00 A.M. CANCELLATION: Cancellations must be made before final payment is received.
